Net sales increased $46 million, or 6%, for the three months ended June 30, 2026 compared to the three months ended June 30, 2025. These increases were partially offset by the following: • Outside North America On-Highway end market net sales decreased $10 million, or 7%, principally driven by lower demand in Asia.
