What management said

Our GPMP segment sells and supplies fuel at its cost of fuel (including taxes and transportation) plus a fixed margin to such supplied sites and charges an inter-segment fixed fee primarily, prior to February 1, 2026, to sites in the fleet fueling segment that were not supplied by the GPMP segment. We anticipate that these new fleet fueling locations will have a positive impact on our results of operations given the attractive, durable cash flow profile of our fleet fueling business. …ARKO Corp., 10-Q, period ended 2026-06-30, filed 2026-08-07
