What management said

Our results of operations are primarily driven by production volume and the spread between the sales prices of our products and the costs of the underlying raw materials built into market-based and value-based pricing models. Our ammonium sulfate fertilizer experiences quarterly sales seasonality reflecting both geographical and product sales mix considerations based on the timing and length of the growing seasons in North and South America.
