RESULTS OF OPERATIONS Executive Summary During the nine months ended June 30, 2026, we recorded net income of $1,227.6 million, or $7.33 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1,023.9 million, or $6.40 per diluted share for the nine months ended June 30, 2025. The 20 percent year-over-year increase in net income largely reflects positive rate outcomes driven by safety and reliability spending.
