Historically, with certain exceptions, we have experienced our highest sales in the last two quarters of each fiscal year due to these factors. Net Sales Net sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 increased $19.4 million, or 1.6%, to $1.20 billion, compared with $1.18 billion in the prior-year period due primarily to an increase in net sales in our AIS segment, partially offset by a decrease in net sales in our ABL segment.
