What management said

SUMMARY The Company’s net income for 2025 was $240.6 million, or $7.11 per diluted share, compared to $216.4 million, or $6.44 per diluted share for 2024. The Company’s net interest margin increased to 3.74% for 2025 compared to 3.73% for 2024. The Company's provision for credit losses decreased in 2025 primarily due to the lower loss rates experienced in more recent periods and the impact on the vintage loss analysis. The increase in noninterest income was partially due to a gain on the sale of Visa B-1 stock of $4.5 million. In addition, trust revenue, treasury income, sweep fees and insurance commissions each increased during the year. …BANCFIRST CORP /OK/, 10-K, period ended 2025-12-31, filed 2026-02-26
