Notwithstanding the uncertain macroeconomic environment, we believe our financial strength positions us well to continue investing in acquisitions and organic growth opportunities, such as expanded sales channels, marketing programs, and research and development (“R&D”). Net sales for the three months ended April 30, 2026 increased 13.8% to $435.2 million compared to $382.6 million in the same period in the prior year.
