What management said

Our revenues are generally highest in the first quarter due to a higher degree of first quarter policy commencements and renewals in certain IAS and MIS lines of business such as employee benefits, commercial and Medicare. In addition, a higher proportion of our first quarter revenue is derived from our highest margin businesses.
