What management said

During the first quarter of 2026, borrowings on our revolving credit agreement increased to $347.5 million, primarily driven by borrowings to fund the acquisition of Stuart Weitzman in the third quarter of 2025. In addition, direct-to-consumer sales generally result in a higher gross margin for the Company as compared to wholesale sales.
