What management said

The impact of the equipment failure on gross margin was approximately $30.4 million. The average MWP continued to increase due to the additional increase in Section 232 tariff rate for imported primary aluminum from 25% to 50% effective June 4, 2025. The change in consolidation method did not have any impact on our net income attributable to Century stockholders for the periods that were restated.
