What management said

Henry Hub prices decreased relative to the first quarter of 2026 due to seasonally softer demand coupled with rising domestic production and above normal inventory levels. Total realized prices were higher in the second quarter of 2026 compared with the same period of 2025 primarily driven by higher industry prices for oil. Production decreases were primarily driven by normal field decline. Production decreases were partly offset by new wells online in the Lower 48, Canada, Alaska, China, Australia and Libya.
