There are generally fewer working days for our employees to generate revenue in the third fiscal quarter due to employee vacations, inclement weather, and holidays. Summary of Quarterly Results The Company’s revenues increased to $259.9 million in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, from $234.7 million in the quarter ended June 30, 2025, an increase of $25.2 million, or 11%. Cost of revenues increased to $192.1 million in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, from $178.0 million in the quarter ended June 30, 2025, an increase of $14.2 million, or 8%.
