Revenues, net Net revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2026 increased $87.0 million, or 33.0%, as compared with the three months ended June 30, 2025. The increase was primarily due to the acquisitions of MARS Parts, Aspen Manufacturing, Hydrotex, and ProAction Fluids ($73.0 million or 27.7%). Organic revenue increased $14.0 million, or 5.3%, driven by pricing actions and higher unit volumes.
