What management said

The decrease in homebuilding revenues was primarily attributable to a lower consolidated ASP of homes closed, which decreased 9%, partially offset by lower sales incentives as a percentage of homebuilding revenues, which decreased by 77 basis points (“bps”), or 8%, when comparing the three months ended June 30, 2026 to the three months ended June 30, 2025, as well as changes in geographic and product mix during the period. This reduction in homebuilding revenues was partially offset by an increase in home closings of 58 homes, or 3%, for the three months ended June 30, 2026 to 2,290 from 2,232 home closings for the three months ended June 30, 2025. …Dream Finders Homes, Inc., 10-Q, period ended 2026-06-30, filed 2026-07-30
