What management said

We generate most of our net sales from customers in North America, primarily in the United States. We also distribute aftermarket parts outside the United States, with sales primarily into Canada and Mexico, and to a lesser extent, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. The investments have primarily been in the form of increased product development resources, additional customer and end-user awareness programs, and customer service improvements.
