The increase in book value per common share was primarily comprised of a net gain of $102 million on our investment portfolio, net of hedges. Leverage including TBAs at implied cost decreased to 8.1 times equity, primarily due to the favorable performance of our portfolio. Interest income increased to $94 million for the second quarter of 2026, driven by our continued deployment of capital into Agency MBS purchases, primarily in 4-5% coupons.
