Results of Operations (Dollars are in millions, except per share amounts or where noted) OVERVIEW For the third quarter of fiscal 2026, net sales were $4.9 billion , up 7 percent compared with the prior year. Underlying sales, which exclude foreign currency translation, acquisitions and divestitures, were up 6 percent. Earnings from continuing operations attributable to common stockholders were $718, up 24 percent, and diluted earnings per share from continuing operations were $1.28, up 24 percent compared with $1.03 in the prior year.
