For Franklin Covey, fiscal 2025 was a year of transition and transformation as we initiated a new go-to-market and sales strategy in North America. This resulted in a reduction of invoiced amounts and net revenue for fiscal 2025, which will continue to impact fiscal 2026 as we recognize a lower base of previously deferred revenue.
