Results of Operations Six Months Ended June 30, 2026 Compared to Six Months Ended June 30, 2025 Net Income For the six months ended June 30, 2026, First Commonwealth had net income of $82.1 million, or $0.81 diluted earnings per share, compared to net income of $66.1 million, or $0.64 diluted earnings per share, in the six months ended June 30, 2025.
