In today’s business landscape, we are witnessing greater product diversification by many companies, primarily in the technology sector, along with increased product complexity. Net sales for our ITS segment increased $0.5 billion, or 20% from the three-month period ended June 27, 2025, primarily driven by strong growth in the Communications business due to increased demand and increased memory pricing in both Communications and our Lifestyle businesses.
