Approximately 70% of annual attendance and revenue occurred during the second and third quarters during fiscal year 2025. Out-of-park revenues are primarily driven by attendance to the parks and can increase length of stay at the Company's properties as guests purchase hotel rooms and visit out-of-park food and merchandise locations.
