Prior to the Liberty Live Split-Off, the Formula One Group was primarily comprised of Liberty’s interests in Formula 1, MotoGP and QuintEvents, cash and Liberty’s 2.25% Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 (as defined in note 7 to the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements).
