DISCUSSION OF OPERATING RESULTS Net income attributable to GATX for the six months ended June 30, 2026 was $188.9 million, or $5.19 per diluted share, compared to $154.1 million, or $4.21 per diluted share, for the same period in 2025. Net income attributable to GATX increased $34.8 million compared to the prior year and was impacted by the Wells Fargo rail assets acquisition.
