What management said

Approximately $21.1 million of this refund was recorded as a benefit to cost of sales, $1.1 million was recorded to interest income and $4.0 million was recorded to inventory for products that have not yet sold through. As previously disclosed, in March 2026 the Company's discontinued operations received a refund of prior years alternative minimum taxes paid of approximately $1.8 million which was partially offset by an increased tax obligation recorded in the first quarter of 2026.
