Six Months Ended June 30, 2025 • Net income decreased by $100 million due to a decrease in income from equity method investments of $146 million and an increase in total expenses of $52 million. These impacts were partially offset by increases in total revenue of $62 million and a decrease in income tax expense of $36 million. • Total revenue increased by $62 million due to increases in interest and rental income, management fees and retained interest income and origination fee and other income.
