The effective income tax rate for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 varied from the statutory federal income tax rate of 21 %, primarily due to tax benefits related to depletion and Internal Revenue Code ("IRC") Section Deduction: Foreign-Derived Intangible Income ("FDII").
