The increase in consolidated net sales principally reflects an increase of $269.2 million (an 18% increase) to a record $1,749.4 million in net sales of the FSG and an increase of $157.7 million (a 23% increase) to a record $830.2 million in net sales of the ETG. The net sales increase in the FSG reflects robust organic growth of 16% and net sales of $36.1 million contributed by fiscal 2025 and 2026 acquisitions.
