Revenues Total revenues increased $54 million, or 3.4%, and $105 million, or 3.3%, for the second quarter and year-to-date 2026, respectively, as compared to 2025. In the quarter, growth in revenues reflects a comparable hotel RevPAR increase of 7.0%, primarily due to an increase in room rates and a slight increase in occupancy, reflecting strong transient leisure business, particularly at resorts and in connection with the FIFA World Cup matches, and robust group business.
