These variances are primarily the result of the following: • Sales for the second quarter and first six months of 2026 decreased $12.4 million and $10.2 million, respectively, when compared to the same periods in 2025, driven by lower Cardio & Vascular and Other Markets sales, partially offset by higher Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation sales.
