In connection with the IRAK4 program, we remain eligible to receive up to an additional $955 million in development and commercial milestones upon the achievement of certain developmental or regulatory events and upon the achievement of certain net sales thresholds. Product candidates in later stages of clinical development generally have higher development costs than those in earlier stages of clinical development, primarily due to the increased size and duration of later-stage clinical trials.
