Historically, the Company’s sales growth has come from expanding product offerings within its product categories, by developing existing brands, acquiring new brands (including complementary brands in markets outside the United States), and establishing new product categories. Net sales for the second quarter of 2026 U.S. sales were favorably impacted by higher selling prices and improved sales volume driven by club warehouse programs.
