What management said

Our sales are driven by the number of vehicles produced by the automotive manufacturers and our content per vehicle. Supreme Court opinion, certain 2025 tariff amounts are now recoverable from the government and no longer due from our customers, which resulted in lower first half 2026 sales and cost of sales corresponding to certain of our 2025 auto parts and all of our 2025 IEEPA tariff costs. On a Lear sales-weighted basis (1) , industry production in 2026 is expected to decrease approximately 2% as compared to 2025.
