On an encouraging note, after three years of incentive levels that have been generally increasing, we saw a meaningful decline in our sales incentives on deliveries this quarter. Our second quarter net earnings attributable to Lennar in 2026 were $304.8 million, or $1.24 per diluted share, compared to our second quarter net earnings attributable to Lennar in 2025 of $477.4 million, or $1.81 per diluted share.
