Executive Summary For the second quarter of 2026, the Company recognized net sales of $738.8 million, an increase of $125.4 million, or 20.4% as compared to $613.4 million in the second quarter of 2025 including $35.8 million, or 5.8% of incremental net sales, from the Basler acquisition within the Industrial segment and $4.1 million, or 0.7% of favorable changes in foreign exchange rates. The remaining increase in net sales was primarily due to higher volume in the Electronics segment.
