Business Trends In the 2026 second quarter, worldwide RevPAR increased 3.4 percent, primarily driven by ADR growth of 3.5 percent. In the 2026 first half, worldwide RevPAR increased 3.8 percent, primarily driven by ADR growth of 3.3 percent. In the U.S. & Canada, RevPAR increased 5.0 percent in the 2026 second quarter and 4.6 percent in the 2026 first half, reflecting strong demand across all brand tiers and customer segments, as well as demand from the World Cup in June 2026.
