Net income for the three months ended June 30, 2026 was $41.8 million, compared with a net loss of $22.5 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025, due primarily to a $37.7 million gain on extinguishment of a portion of the liability under the tax receivables agreement resulting from our repurchase of Insignia's interest in the TRA and an increase in gross profit, offset in part by higher income tax expense.
