The Company generates its revenues primarily from the rental of its equipment on operating leases and from sales of equipment occurring in the normal course of business. For the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, sales and other revenues of modular, container and electronic test equipment comprised approximately 20% and 26% of the Company’s consolidated revenues, respectively.
