The settlement, effective January 1, 2025, established a three-year rate plan that reflects a return on equity of 9.7% and authorized a revenue requirement increase of $57.3 million in fiscal 2025, an additional revenue requirement increase of $15.8 million in fiscal 2026, and an additional revenue requirement increase of $12.7 million in fiscal 2027. The decrease in earnings of $11.2 million is primarily the result of a loss in the Corporate category and lower earnings in the Integrated Upstream and Gathering segment.
