Our total assets were $2.8 billion at June 30, 2026, an increase of $141.0 million, or 5.3%, from December 31, 2025. The increase was primarily driven by increases of $130.7 million in cash and due from banks and $63.6 million in loans held-for-sale, while loans decreased by $38.0 million and investment securities, available for sale, decreased by $23.5 million during the six months ended June 30, 2026. Cash and due from banks increased $130.7 million, or 64.0%, to $334.9 million at June 30, 2026, from $204.2 million at December 31, 2025.
