Net income increased compared to the prior year like quarter, primarily due to the Bancorp Financial acquisition and the related growth in net interest income. Net income in the second quarter of 2026 was negatively impacted by provision for credit losses of $7.5 million, compared to $9.5 million and $2.5 million recorded in the first quarter of 2026 and second quarter of 2025, respectively.
