THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2026 AND 2025 The increase in net revenues was driven primarily by growth in total payment volume (“TPV”) of 10% and favorable impact from hedging activities. The increase in operating expenses was due primarily to an increase in transaction expense and, to a lesser extent, an increase in technology and development expense, partially offset by a decline in transaction and credit losses.
