Results of Operations Net sales for the three-month period ended June 27, 2026 increased $83.5, or 19.2%, compared to the same period last fiscal year. Net sales in our Industrial segment increased 8.4% quarter over quarter against a strong quarter in the prior fiscal year. Net sales in our Aerospace & Defense segment increased 36.9% quarter over quarter, led by defense sales, which were up 64.6% compared to the same period in the prior fiscal year, driven by missiles and the acquisition of VACCO, which contributed $31.7 of net sales to these end markets.
