Sales volumes in this segment are impacted by a number of factors, including marketing programs of our customers and turnover of our customers’ employees, often driven by the opening and closing of locations. The decrease in net income for the three months ended June 30, 2026 compared to the three months ended June 30, 2025 was due to a significant decline in our Healthcare Apparel segment results, primarily driven by a trade name impairment charge and write-down of inventory, partially offset by net tariff refunds.
