Net Sales Three Months Ended June 30, 2026 Consolidated Net sales increased by 7.5% in the second quarter of 2026 primarily due to higher Net sales in all reportable segments, inclusive of the October 2025 acquisition of Suvinil. Net sales of all consolidated foreign subsidiaries increased to $1.358 billion in the second quarter of 2026 compared to $1.155 billion in the same period last year.
