Business Environment and Factors Affecting Comparability For the three months ended July 3, 2026, net sales were $93.5 million, up 111.0% from $44.3 million for the three months ended June 27, 2025. The increase was primarily driven by strong sales performance in China, while distributor inventory was maintained at or below contractual levels. Net sales to our two distributors in China were $52.3 million for the three months ended July 3, 2026, compared to net sales of $5.3 million in the prior-year period.
