What management said

Leases that comprise approximately 6.6% of our total annualized base rental revenue will expire during the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, excluding month-to-month leases. Using the aforementioned assumptions, we expect that the rental rates on the respective new leases will be greater than the rates under existing leases expiring during the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, thereby resulting in an increase in revenue from the same space.
