The following discussion includes organic net sales growth (decline) which is a non-GAAP financial measure. Summary of Performance Outlook In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, we expect our net sales to be approximately $5.25 billion, as compared to $4.75 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025. This increase is due to sales growth in both the Industrial Solutions and Transportation Solutions segments.
