Approximately 75% of our production, as measured by net sales, is outsourced to suppliers. For the three months ended June 30, 2026 , net sales in the Zig-Zag products segment decreased $11.6 million, or 24.8% compared to the prior year period. The decrease in net sales was driven primarily by declines of $4.7 million in U.S. papers and wraps, $6.2 million in the Clipper lighter business, and $1.0 million in our Canadian products.
