Commodity lumber costs increased due to mill curtailments and higher duties on Canadian lumber, partially offset by weak overall demand resulting from lower consumer sentiment and greater economic uncertainty. Lumber costs were 43.7% and 42.9% of our total net sales in the first six months of 2026 and 2025, respectively.
