The increase in our SHOP segment NOI for the three months ended June 30, 2026 compared to the same period in 2025 was primarily driven by revenue growth due to an increase in average occupancy, revenue per occupied room, additional properties acquired and conversions of senior housing communities from our NNN segment to our SHOP segment.
